Rapper 50 Cent was reportedly arrested while performing in St. Kitts for using profanity.
The incident occurred on Saturday night, while he was performing to a crowd of about 40,000 people. The rapper and a member of his entourage named Bajar Walter, were arrested and taken to the police station.
The duo were then booked on a misdemeanor charge of using the word “motherf **ker” in front of 40,000 people during his performance.
The 40-year-old rapper was ordered to pay a fine over the use of the curse word, which is illegal in the country.
Officials claim the rapper had been warned not to use profanity during his performance, but he ignored the warning.
A spokesperson for 50 cent has said that in future trips to St. Kitts, the rapper will leave the profanity at the airport.
